How to Make Strawberry Bubble Tea with Li Hing Powder and Boba Tapioca Pearls
Ingredients
- Li Hing Powder
- 2 scoops (about 2 oz) Strawberry Syrup
- 4 oz water
- 1 cup ice (about 16 oz)
- 2 oz cooked Black Tapioca Pearls (recipe with video: http://bit.ly/1VkcTDS)
Instructions
- Line the rim of a glass or Plastic Drinking Cup with Li Hing powder
- Put Strawberry Syrup, water, and ice in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add in cooked Tapioca Pearls to glass or Plastic Drinking Cup
- Pour in the blended Strawberry Bubble Tea mixture
- Sprinkle with a dash of Li Hing powder
- Add Fat Bubble Tea Straw and enjoy!
